Denholm complete renovation
We absolutely loved this project. This was a fantastic, yet challenging, opportunity for our team to get stuck in and really showcase our skills.
This little gem on Denholm Road in Napier simply needed some TLC to bring back some of its former glory.
As part of this project our team did a complete renovation, inside and out, adding an additional bathroom, a new stairwell, replacing the old deck & balustrade as well as repainting and adding some new finishes to the downstairs living areas.

Relocation Hastings
A long muddy path led to a broken down and battered house some 12 months ago…. What stands before us now and what we now call ‘ home ‘ is a huge testament to Tom Robinson of Total Home Solutions.
Most builders would have run a mile upon approaching such a task… Rotted out 100 year old walls, wonky floors – not yet attached to piles, re attaching and fixing of exterior rooms, re attaching roof, smashed out gutters holes in walls and floors… You name it this house had it! Not to mention that the hard woods used of yester years are inherently difficult to work with. It takes a certain skill set and patience to deal with all of these things.
